Upstairs, the villa offers breathtaking sea views from the spacious main entertainment area with an open plan kitchen, dining- and living room; equipped with Satellite TV, Netflix and a cozy wood-burning fireplace. Wall-to-wall glass sliding doors can be opened on either side for the perfect blend of inside/outside living. The covered upstairs patio offers a braai/barbecue, informal dining table and lounge seating for a social al fresco food preparation area.
In the chef’s kitchen guests can indulge the joy of cooking, frying and baking to their hearts’ content with sweeping sea views as a backdrop. The scullery is equipped with two dishwashers making washing-up a breeze.
The 10-seater dining room table is nestled between the kitchen and lounge where meals are served with a view.
The main bedroom is en-suite and has a bath with a sea view from where guests can watch the crashing waves, bountiful bird- and sea life.
Downstairs offers an additional space to relax with a small kitchenette, games table and a seating area with its own cozy fireplace where guests can indulge in a selection of books, magazines and board games. This area also has its own undercover patio seating area that leads directly to the beach footpath.
The wind-sheltered courtyard includes a fire pit (braai pit), sun loungers and a splash pool.
